I don't think you will be able to buy the conquest flask with any currency other than conquest points, so it's main purpose will most likely be for alts: Gearing an alt mid-season when you have a 20k conquest cap in one day of arena plays with flasks will be faster, so that's a good thing for people who enjoy doing PvP on multiple characters.
