If you add comments to your response comments may not be available for all calendars , your comments can be seen by the organizer but not by other attendees. To see events you declined, tap Calendars at the bottom of the screen, then turn on Show Declined Events. You can add an event to your calendar without having the timeframe appear as busy to others who send you invitations.
Depending on the capabilities of your calendar server, the organizer will receive either a counter-proposal or an email with your suggestion. Tap Invitees, then tap. Tap the event, then tap Edit near the top of the screen. Tap Invitees. When the person receives your text, they will see a thumbnail of the event which is linked to an event page. The event page contains all the event details and if you change the event, the event page will update automatically.
Open the event, and tap the Share icon. Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp are options on the sharing menu that opens. If you want to use another social app, select Another app from the sharing menu.
To send calendar invites on iPhone or Android, first create the event in your Teamup calendar mobile app. Add photos or images to make the event page invitation more interesting. Get more ideas and inspiration for event pages here. Open the event, then tap the Share icon. Select the Browser option from the sharing menu. This option automatically creates an event page. In the Calendar app , send and receive meeting and event invitations. Not all calendar servers support every feature. Tap invitees, then enter the names or email addresses of people you want to invite, or tap to select Contacts.
Or, in Calendar, tap , then tap an invitation. To respond to an invitation you receive by email, tap the underlined text in the email, then tap Show in Calendar.
